Why we exist
Families around Leimbach and farther afield kept asking the same questions: When do firms hire? What belongs in a Bewerbung? How do we prepare for a Meister without writing the child’s answers for them? We built a consultancy that answers those questions with patience and concrete document work.
We are not a job board and we do not sell placement guarantees. We coach applicants through orientation, paperwork, and interviews so they can meet Ausbildungsbetriebe on equal footing.
How we work with families
The young person remains the author of their story. Parents receive clear briefings on timelines and contracts. Consultants push for honesty about grades, commute, and interest — because mismatched apprenticeships help no one through Probezeit.
