Services described
Cloud Net Sync provides employment consulting focused on apprenticeship application support for school leavers in Germany. Descriptions of consultations, fees, and timelines are informational. A separate confirmation email or written agreement sets the binding scope for paid work.
No placement guarantee
We do not guarantee an Ausbildungsplatz, interview invitation, or contract offer. Outcomes depend on applicant preparation, employer decisions, grades, timing, and regional labour conditions.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and original guides remain the property of Cloud Net Sync unless otherwise stated. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written permission. Documents we draft for your Bewerbung are licensed for your personal application use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse contact forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit false identity information when requesting consultations.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cloud Net Sync is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from employer decisions following our advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under German law, including for intent or gross negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the applicable jurisdiction connected to our registered place of business shall have competence, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
