Application path

From school desk to Ausbildungsbetrieb

A clear sequence we use with school leavers and families seeking apprenticeship application support in Germany — not a software workflow, a human coaching path.

Every leaver starts in a different place. Some already know they want carpentry; others only know they do not want another year of theory. The path below flexes, but the order matters: clarify the trade before polishing letters, and rehearse interviews only when a Gespräch is real.

Listen and map constraints

We begin with school type, expected Abschluss, language comfort, commute radius, and family expectations. This conversation prevents weeks of applications to firms you cannot reach or trades that conflict with health or schedule limits.

Shortlist Ausbildung fields

Using dual-system realities — Ausbildungsordnungen, typical entry grades, and regional demand — we rank three credible directions. You leave knowing which to pursue now and which to keep as backup.

Build the Bewerbungsmappe

Lebenslauf, Anschreiben templates, Zeugnis order, and Praktikum references are drafted for the shortlist. Each letter is then adapted to a named Stellenausschreibung rather than blasted unchanged.

Submit on a paced calendar

We align sends with how firms in your region actually hire. You track replies, polite follow-ups, and rejections without treating silence as personal failure.

Rehearse the Gespräch

Before each important interview, we practice answers, questions for the Meister, and how to discuss Probezeit and Berufsschule. After the real meeting, a short debrief captures what to improve next time.
