Data we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, optional consultation preference, preferred call date, school stage, and message content. Server logs may record IP address and basic technical metadata when you load pages.

Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiry data to respond to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a consulting engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps, or Art. 6(1)(f) for general site enquiries). Essential cookies support site operation; analytics cookies run only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Retention

Contact messages are kept up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal obligation. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the provider’s configured window, typically 14 months or less.

Recipients

Hosting and email infrastructure providers may process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision where available.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable under the GDPR. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a German supervisory authority.

Children and school leavers

Our services often involve minors preparing for Ausbildung. Where required, we ask a parent or guardian to participate in booking and consent discussions.
