Cookies policy
What cookies are, which ones this site may use, and how you can control them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can be essential for basic functions or optional for measuring how content is used.
How we use cookies
Cloud Net Sync uses essential cookies required to deliver the site and remember your cookie preference. Optional analytics cookies help us understand which guides about apprenticeship applications are read most often. Analytics cookies are not set unless you accept them in the banner.
Cookie table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| cloudnetsync_cookie_consent | Stores whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies | 1 year (localStorage) | Cloud Net Sync |
| session_essential | Maintains basic site integrity during a visit | Session | Cloud Net Sync / host |
| _cns_analytics | Aggregated page-view measurement when consent is given | 6 months | Cloud Net Sync analytics |
Managing cookies
Use the Accept or Reject buttons on the cookie banner. Rejecting optional cookies does not block access to consultations information or forms. You can also clear site data in your browser settings. Clearing storage will show the banner again on a later visit.
Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts may be requested from Google Fonts. That request can expose your IP address to Google. We do not load third-party advertising cookies.
Impact of disabling cookies
Disabling essential storage may reset your consent choice and, in rare cases, affect form status messages in the browser session. Optional analytics simply will not run if you reject them.
