Refund and cancellation policy

Scope

This policy applies to Cloud Net Sync consultations for apprenticeship application support for school leavers in Germany. It does not cover goods, software subscriptions, or third-party courses we do not sell.

Eligibility and timeframe

You may cancel a booked single session (document review kickoff call, interview rehearsal, orientation, or parent briefing) for a full refund if you notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Cancellations inside 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund or one free reschedule within 30 days, at your choice.

Full application package

If you cancel the full Ausbildung application package before the intake session, we refund fees paid minus a €40 administration charge. After intake, refunds are proportional to unused stages:

• After intake only: 80% of the package fee
• After document drafting has begun: 50%
• After submission planning has begun: 25%
• After the first interview rehearsal: no cash refund for remaining stages; unused rehearsals may be rescheduled within 60 days

Non-refundable items

Completed sessions, written deliverables already sent (annotated Lebenslauf files, orientation summaries), and administration charges on early package cancellations are non-refundable.

Deposits

Peak-season deposits reserve calendar weeks for package work. Deposits are applied to the package fee. They are refundable in full if we cancel. If you cancel more than 14 days before the reserved start week, deposits are refundable minus €40. Inside 14 days, deposits are non-refundable but may be credited to a new start date within three months.

No-shows

If you miss a scheduled session without notice, the session fee is forfeited. Package no-shows count against included rehearsal or meeting allotments.

Work already started

Where document drafting or employer research has started, we invoice or retain fees for time already spent at a fair share of the quoted package, even if you pause the engagement.

Rescheduling

Each single session may be rescheduled once at no charge with 48 hours’ notice. Further reschedules may incur a €25 fee. Packages include reasonable date shifts agreed by email.

Refund process and timing

Email hello@cloudnetsync.digital with your booking reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

We may offer additional goodwill refunds in cases of serious illness documented by appropriate notice, or if we must cancel because a consultant is unavailable and no suitable alternative date exists.
