Who it is for
School leavers finishing Hauptschule, Realschule, or Gymnasium who want a dual Ausbildungsplatz and prefer structured guidance rather than sending unfocused applications. Parents who join intake calls are welcome; the work centres on the young person.

How we work
Sessions run by video or in Leimbach by arrangement. You prepare school certificates and a rough list of preferred trades before the first meeting. We then draft documents together, review vacancies weekly, and rehearse interviews before each important Gespräch. Most packages close when the first contract offer is signed or after eight weeks, whichever comes first — extensions are quoted separately.
Preparation
Bring final or provisional Zeugnisse, any prior Praktikum references, and honesty about how far you can commute or relocate. If German is not your strongest language for written applications, tell us early so we allocate extra revision rounds.
