What happens in a session
We recreate a typical Ausbildungsinterview: introductions, questions about school subjects, Praktikum stories, motivation for the trade, and room for your questions about Ausbildungsvergütung, Berufsschule days, and Probezeit. Afterwards you receive a concise scorecard on clarity, honesty, and presence — not a script to memorise.
Best timing
Book once an invitation is confirmed. Bring the Stellenausschreibung and any notes from the firm. Parents may observe the debrief if the applicant agrees.
